Tim G. Graham


 

A native of Springdale, Arkansas, Tim Graham graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1978, receiving a degree in finance and real estate. Beginning his post-baccalaureate career, Graham went to work for J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. By the time he left the company in 1993 to pursue real estate and other business interests, he had climbed to Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and had been instrumental in growing sales from $16 million to more than $1 billion.

 

Developer

After retiring from J.B. Hunt Transport, Mr. Graham began a career as a developer, investor and partner with Mr. J.B. Hunt.  As partners and 2 of the founders of The Pinnacle Group in 2001, Mr. Graham and Mr. Hunt became involved in commercial development activities including Pinnacle Point and Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, together comprising of more than 600,000 square feet of office, 100,000 square feet of retail space, with plans to add another 500,000 square feet to each in the next few years.  Partnering with General Growth Properties of Chicago, Ill, Pinnacle Hills features over 1,000,000 square feet of retail and dining space known as the Pinnacle Hills Promenade.  In late 2006 after the passing of Mr. Hunt, his wife Johnelle joined Mr. Graham and the Pinnacle Group to carry on the legacy of her late husband.

       

Today, Mr. Graham is involved in many additional endeavors with his Pinnacle Group partner Johnelle Hunt and others including:

American Aggregates:  New Greenfield limestone quarry in Honduras.  Will start crushing operations in July 2008 with a total capacity of 5 million tons per year.  Rock will be shipped to Florida and the Gulf Coast. 

 Northwest Arkansas Quarries:  Largest Limestone Quarry in Northwest Arkansas.  Production is roughly 2 million tons per year.  Quality Rock:  Three (3) quarries located in Central Arkansas with a production of about 1 million tons per year. 

 Eastern Oklahoma Quarry:  Quarry located in Eastern Oklahoma with a production of about 1 million tons per year. 

 Haskell Sand:  River dredge on the Arkansas River, dredging sand for both concrete and mortar uses.  Production of about 1 million tons per year. 

 Central Mortar and Grout:  New bulk and bagging operation in Muskogee, Oklahoma.  Sand from Haskell Sand is brought in by truck, dried, classified, blended, mixed, and packaged. The blending is with cement, colors, and additives.  Sales are both retail and wholesale.  Bulk sales are furnished with silos on site to store product. 

 ABC-Central Block:  The largest concrete block manufacturing company in Arkansas with 7 plants and a capacity of about 30 million block units per year.  Also have a plant in Bossier City, Lousiania.  

 Red Rock Oilfield Hauling:  Transportation company that transports drilling rigs and drill pipe from one location to another location for various oil and gas drilling companies.    

 

J.B. Hunt Gas & Oil Drilling:  Oil and Gas drilling company that works for various oil and gas exploration and production companies.  Currently have 4 drilling rigs with a depth capacity of 12,000 ft. 

 Pinnacle Air Service:  Fixed base operation at the Springdale Airport. It is the only fuel on the airport in Springdale, Arkansas.  

 The world famous Super Collider project, associated buildings and land:  Although the U.S. Government never finished this project for atomic power study  in Waxahachie, Texas, it became a data storage investment opportunity when it was sold by the governement a few years ago.
